"Thế nào là một giáo viên Hóa học giỏi?!" Việc giảng bài của giáo viên chính là câu trả lời, hãy nhìn vào dấu chấm than sau câu hỏi (!). Vấn đề nghe có vẻ đơn giản, nhưng trên thực tế câu trả lời là rất khó. Nó phụ thuộc vào thái độ của mỗi cá nhân. Cùng tham khảo bài viết sau đây để hiểu rõ hơn về vấn đề này.

HOXC13, a homeobox-containing gene, is involved in hair development and human leukemia. The regulatory mechanism that drives HOXC13 expression is mostly unknown. Our studies have demonstrated that HOXC13 is transcriptionally activated by the steroid hormone estrogen (17b-estradiol; E2).

Hypoxia and hypoxia-related genes are important factors in articular chon-drocytes during cartilage homeostasis and osteoarthritis. We have investi-gated the various apoptotic factors that show significance in synovial fluid obtained from normal and experimental osteoarthritic animal models and have evaluated the effect of hypoxia on articular chondrocyte apoptosis induced by these apoptotic factors.

Bacillus subtilishas three active tyrosine kinases, PtkA, PtkB and McsB, which play an important role in the physiology of the bacterium. Genome sequence analysis and biochemical experiments indicated that the ortholog of McsB, BAS0080, is the only active tyrosine kinase present inBacillus anthracis.

Cc RNase is the founding member of the recently identified RNasej family, which is represented by a single ortholog in a wide range of animal taxonomic groups. Although the precise biological role of this protein is still unknown, it has been shown that the recombinant proteins isolated so far from the insect Ceratitis capitataand from human exhibit ribonucleo-lytic activity.

Thioesters are more reactive than oxoesters, and thioester chemistry is important for the reaction mechanisms of many enzymes, including the members of the thiolase superfamily, which play roles in both degradative and biosynthetic pathways. In the reaction mechanism of the biosynthetic thiolase, the thioester moieties of acetyl-CoA and the acetylated catalytic cysteine react with each other, forming the product acetoacetyl-CoA.

EnteropathogenicEscherichia coli(EPEC) has been shown to disrupt the barrier function of host intestinal epithelial tissues through entering tight junctions. However, the mechanism by which this occurs remains poorly understood. In this study, we determined that EPEC invades host cells through tight junctions as it initiates infection.

There are two hatching enzyme homologues in the zebrafish genome: zebrafish hatching enzymeZHE1andZHE2. Northern blot and RT-PCR analysis revealed that ZHE1 was mainly expressed in pre-hatching embryos, whereasZHE2was rarely expressed. This was consistent with the results obtained in an experiment conducted at the protein level, which demonstrated that one kind of hatching enzyme, ZHE1, was able to be purified from the hatching liquid.

The creatine⁄creatine kinase system decreases drastically in sarcoma. In the present study, an investigation of catalytic activities, western blot and mRNA expression unambiguously demonstrates the prominent expression of the creatine-synthesizing enzymesl-arginine:glycine amidinotransferase andN-guanidinoacetate methyltransferase in sarcoma, Ehrlich ascites carci-noma and Sarcoma 180 cells, whereas both enzymes were virtually unde-tectable in normal muscle.
