This article analyzes the current situation of the development of listening and speaking skills for children with a hearing impairment aged 3-6 years in inclusive kindergarten classes. The survey was conducted on 127 teachers who have worked with those children in 15 inclusive kindergartens in 05 provinces including Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Thai Nguyen, Yen Bai, and Quang Ngai.
