Recent advances in synthetic biology have provided tools to efficiently construct complex DNA molecules which are an important part of many molecular biology and biotechnology projects. The planning of such constructs has traditionally been done manually using a DNA sequence editor which becomes error-prone as scale and complexity of the construction increase.

In this paper the Macdc method is proposed to encounter the replication attacks using mobile agent technology in mobile WSNs. The mobile agents are used to aware every node from its trustworthy neighbors, so nodes do not interact with malicious nodes. The analysis and simulation results prove the effectiveness and efficiency of proposed Macdc method which also reduces the comparisons overhead.

This paper presents an approach for achieving conciseness in generating explanations, which is clone by exploiting formal reconstructions of aspects of the Gricean principle of relevance to simulate conversational implicature. By applying contextually motivated inference rules in an anticipation feed-back loop, a set of propositions explicitly representing an explanation's content is reduced to a subset which, in the actual context, can still be considered to convey the message adequately.
