CNF nanoparticles

In this work, we present the recent study in the microwave absorption performances of the Cu0.5Ni0.5Fe2O4@polyaniline (CNF@PANI). This material has been synthesized by polymerization and hydrothermal reaction process. The PANI fiber structure with the whole cover of CNF nanoparticles could establish the improvement of microwave absorption performances.

Nanocomposites based on components from nature, which can be recycled are of great interest in new materials for sustainable development. The range of properties of nacre-inspired hybrids of 1D cellulose and 2D clay platelets are investigated in nanocomposites with improved nanoparticle dispersion in the starting hydrocolloid mixture.

It was found that rGO were exfoliated and decorated homogeneously with CNF nanoparticles having diameters of 20 nm. The saturated magnetization (Ms) value was estimated to be 60 emu/g, remanences (Mr) and coercive forces (Hc) near to zero, indicating that obtained material is superparamagnetic. The pH effect, contact time and adsorption isotherms were examined in batch experiments. The adsorption isotherm agreed well with the Langmuir model, having a maximum adsorption capacity of 256 mg/g, at pH = 6, T = 298 K.
