The particle size, morphology and magnetic properties of CFO depend on the synthesized method. In this paper, we report the synthesis of CFO NPs by co-precipitation method and hydrothermal method at different concentration of sodium hydroxide and treatment temperatures to control size particles and magnetic properties by simple way.

Researching on Methyllen Blue dye treatment ability with Nano material (CoFe2O4 synthesized by co-precipitation method) combined with Biogum (extracted from Osaka Seeds (Cassia Fistula Linn). Research results show that with Biogum base material fully covered by magnetic nanoparticles of size 70-95 nm (SEM) and the presence of several specific functional groups for biogum and ferromagnetic oxide nano (FT-IR). When adding OH group to nano material, the adhestive ability to biogum and the size of the particle does not change.

The results also showed that the formation of cobalt ferrite spinel structures is affected by synthesis methods. Both prepared techniques were effective for the production of spinel crystalline nanoparticles. Magnetic hysteresis loop data confirmed that the magnetic properties of nanoparticles depend on the structure and size of particles.

In the present article, we report the biosensor can detect superparamagnetic nanoparticles (less than 10 nm in size) at various and low particle concentrations, which is of the importance role in biosensing applications. The nanoparticle ferrite (Fe3O4), Cobalt ferrite (CoFe2O4), Nickel ferrite (NiFe2O4) nanoparticles were synthesized by the high temperature thermal decomposition precursor method.
