Eight F3 populations and one check (JS 335) of soybean were evaluated at the experimental farm of Agricultural Botany Section, College of Agriculture Nagpur during Kharif 2018-19 using randomized block design with 3 replications. The objectives of the study were to investigate the correlations among seven characters of soybean which will be used for the selection of seed yield in early generations.

Soybean is economically the most important bean in the world, providing vegetable protein for millions of the people and ingredients for hundreds of chemical products. The aim of this study was to identify the superior transgressive segregants and estimate the correlation coefficient between seed yield, and yield components. Six generations of a crosses were evaluated at Botany Section Farm, College of Agriculture, Dhule (Maharashtra) during Kharif, 2019.

The present investigation was conducted at the Bull Mother Experimental Farm, College of Veterinary Science & A.H., Anjora, Durg. Age group of Sahiwal cattle 0 to 6 and 6 to 12 months, the days required for appearance of white hairs was relatively lesser (43.33±1.20 and 42.8±4.93 days) at 7 and 8 seconds, respectively for copper metal during freeze branding. In 12 – 18 months of age group, minimum days (49.8±7.15) required for appearance of white hairs were seen at 18 seconds of exposure time using stainless steel metal.

A field experiment was conducted at Water Technology Centre, College farm, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad during kharif, 2015 to study the “Response of different varieties of aerobic rice (Oryza sativa l.) under drip fertigation levels.” The experiment was conducted with three main treatments and four sub treatments. The main treatments were three rice varieties (RNR 15048, MTU 1010 and Anagha) and the sub treatments were four different fertigation levels (S0: Control, S75:90-45-30 kg N-P2O5-K2O ha-1 , S100:120-60-40 kg N-P2O5-K2O ha-1 , S125:150-75-50- N-P2O5-K2O ha-1 .

An experiment was conducted during kharif season of two consecutive years 2013 and 2014 at the Instructional Farm, Rajasthan College of Agriculture, MPUAT, Udaipur to evaluate the effect of sowing dates and foliar spray of urea on yield attributes and yield of maize cultivars. A field experiment was conducted during the Kharif season of 2019 at Agronomy Instructional Farm, Mandan Bharti Agriculture College, Saharsa, Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour, Bhagalpur, Bihar to evaluate the best finger millet based inter cropping with different legumes. Based on the results, it was concluded that intercropping of finger millet with black gram at 4:2 pair row ratio was distinctly superior among all intercropping system found most profitable by realizing the highest net return.

A field experiment was carried out in Kharif season (2014-15 and 2015-16) at College Farm, College of Agriculture, Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU), Rajendranagar, Hyderabad, India, to evaluate the effect of sowing dates and integrated nutrition on growth and productivity of kharif pearlmillet. Experimental results revealed that pearl millet crop, out of the three INM main treatments, 100 % RDF + press mud @ 2.5 tons ha-1 i.e., M3 and among dates of sowing, pearl millet sown on June 30th (D2) improved the growth parameters viz.
