This paper addresses the challenge of fault detection in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), commonly used in fields like environmental monitoring and healthcare. WSNs, prone to various faults due to their deployment in unpredictable environments, require effective solutions for fault detection. Traditional machine learning approaches show limitations such as unsuitability for streaming data and the detection of a single fault type.

Pattern recognition has been, and continues to be, the subject for extensive research and development due to its wide range of applications in the real life. In this paper, we introduce a fruits recognition system that can recognize some types of fruits, which are common food in our life, and make corresponding sounds.

This paper asks the following question: are the popular assumptions about the social interpretations of networks created from the edit history valid? We verify commonly assumed interpretations of four types of networks created from discussions on Wikipedia talk pages, co-edits and reverts in Wikipedia articles

Learning mixed graphical models with separate sparsity parameters and stabilitybased model selection
Mixed graphical models (MGMs) are graphical models learned over a combination of continuous and discrete variables. Mixed variable types are common in biomedical datasets. MGMs consist of a parameterized joint probability density, which implies a network structure over these heterogeneous variables.

A common yet still manual task in basic biology research, highthroughput drug screening and digital pathology is identifying the number, location, and type of individual cells in images. Object detection methods can be useful for identifying individual cells as well as their phenotype in one step.

A good deal of work in establishing closer linkage between research and extension has been done in the last few years. Communication of technology is conceived as occurring through a network of relatively complex nature. A local leader who has adopted improved practices extends the same to others. The common man has much faith in the local leaders. Opinion leadership is the degree to which an individual is able to influence other individuals’ attitudes or overt behaviour informally in a desired way with relative frequency.

Voltage sags can be symmetrical or unsymmetrical depending on the causes of the sag. At the present time, one of the most common procedures for mitigating voltage sags is by the use of dynamic voltage restorers (DVRs). By definition, a DVR is a controlled voltage source inserted between the network and a sensitive load through a booster transformer injecting voltage into the network in order to correct any disturbance affecting a sensitive load voltage. In this paper, modelling of DVR for voltage correction using MatLab software is presented.

The interference is the most important problem in LTE or LTE-Advanced networks. In this paper, the interference was investigated in terms of the downlink signal to interference and noise ratio (SINR). In order to compare the different frequency reuse methods that were developed to enhance the SINR, it would be helpful to have a generalized expression to study the performance of the different methods. Therefore, this paper introduces general expressions for the SINR in homogeneous and in heterogeneous networks.
