The examination of the petioles exhibits new and varied characters such as petiole shape (cross section), vascular bundles (shape, number, arrangement). While the resulted characters from the observation of the stem structure showed less variation. Nineteen qualitative characters with 38 character states resulted from leaf anatomy.

In this work, we explore the application of modern deep learning techniques to build a neural model centric search engine. We conduct an in-depth discussion under several quantitative and qualitative criteria, comparing the trade-offs of adopting the proposed neural architecture against the successful and mature traditional information retrieval techniques.

Spondylolisthesis is a common degenerative spinal deformity. At the level of spondylolisthesis, the anatomy of the interlaminar space may differ from normal spine, in which case optimal angle of the needle insertion for spinal anesthesia may change. This study compared the optimal angle of needle insertion during spinal anesthesia in patients with and without lumbar spondylolisthesis using ultrasound.

Crocus cf. heuffelianus Herb. belongs to the series Verni Mathew and presents one of the most complex and critical taxa within the whole genus Crocus L. Depending on different authors, C. cf. heuffelianus is sometimes split into different taxa (e.g., C. scepusiensis (Rehmer & Wol.) Borbás ex Kulcz., C. vittatus Schloss. & Vuk., nom. illeg.).

This study aimed to characterize the stem, peduncle, and leaf anatomy of 22 species of Sedum senso lato distributed in Iran. The results showed that the presence of tanniniferous storage cells in stems and leaves, distinct xylem vessels in stems, and the shape of peduncle cross sections, were taxonomically informative evidence, and isolated Phedimus from the other studied taxa of Sedum s.l., whereas hairy leaves and peduncles containing starch storage cells were identified as Prometheum and Hylotelephium respectively.

Preoperative evaluation of the living renal donors vascular morphology and function with Multi-Detector CT (MDCT). From Jan 2017 to August 2018, when carrying out a cross-sectional study at Cardiovascular Centre of Hue Central hospital, we have performed 64-MDCT with an unenhanced, three enhanced CT scan of arterial, parenchymal and secretory phase and two additional dynamic scans between the arterial and parenchymal phase to assess the renal vascular morphology and function on 154 living renal donors and proceeded to nephrectomy.

In the literature, there are numerous studies that compare different surgical procedures in the treatment of distal radius fractures (DRF). It is, however, unknown whether operative treatment and better restoration of anatomy with volar locking plate yields a better functional outcome in the elderly population when compared with non-operative treatment.
