Comparative study of different carriers

In this study, we developed and validated a simple, fast and sensitive LC-MS/MS method for the measurement of tetrodotoxin (TTX) in human plasma. Three HILIC-type solid phase extraction (SPE) carriers (PSA, silica, Siphila i HILIX) with different stationary phase functional groups were compared.

In this paper, we analyze the performance of different node density of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) operating under the IEEE Standard 802.15.4 in the beacon-enabled mode. The motivation for evaluating the beacon-enabled mode is due to its flexibility for WSN applications as compared to the nonbeacon enabled mode. The analysis is based on an accurate OPNET simulation model which supports slotted Carrier Sense Multiple Access Mechanism with Collision Avoidance (CSMA/CA) mechanism and Guaranteed Time Slot (GTS).

An investigation entitled “Evaluation of different oils on shelf life study of Trichoderma viride” was carried out during 2017-2018 in the department of Plant Pathology, College of Agriculture, Nagpur. Different oils viz., Paraffin oil, soybean oil, mineral oil, Potato Dextrose broth and talc was extensively used as carrier for Trichoderma viride.

In this paper we study how power line communications are affected by different coding techniques. We investigate the case of LDPC coding scheme and its application to the PLC channel. The modulation method applied is BPSK while the transmission technique used is OFDM. We study regular LDPC codes, which is the worst case scenario concerning the performance of LDPC codes. The OFDM symbol size is initially defined at 4096 carriers, since certain characteristics of LDPC codes, like their sparse parity check matrix, imply that a larger block size improves their performance.

In the present investigation three carriers, charcoal, mushroom compost, vermicompost were evaluated for the production of bioinoculants. The bacteria used for bioinoculants development was recommended Rhizobium spp. (M1). The Rhizobium strains were inoculated in all the three carriers singly and in combination with different carriers.

Exosomes are extracellular nanovesicles that play a role in cellular trafficking and communication. Camel milk exosomes might carry the potential of recovery of several illnesses that coins the dromedary milk. This study shows for the first time their isolation and fine characterization. The differential ultracentrifugation was used for their isolation. Their recovery from dromedary milk during different lactation periods was evaluated. The vesicular characterization and stability testing of the recovered exosome were examined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM).

This paper investigates the problem of inter-cell interference (ICI) in Long Term Evolution (LTE) mobile systems, which is one of the main problems that causes loss of packets between the base station and the mobile station. Recently, different frequency reuse methods, such as soft and fractional frequency reuse, have been introduced in order to mitigate this type of interference. In this paper, minimizing the packet loss between the base station and the mobile station is the main concern.

In this paper, we consider and compare several different detection techniques for the down link of a MC-CDMA system in terms of bit error rate (BER) performance. In addition, an analysis of the linear detection approach named minimum mean square error (MMSE) multi-user detection per user (MMSE MUD) is presented.
