Comparing the law

The Thesis’s purpose is to research and compare the law on PPF in the CP of Vietnam and Germany in order to overall evaluate similarities and differences in this function according to the substantive criminal procedure law between Vietnam and Germany. Thereby, the Thesis proposes solutions to improve and enhance the efficiency of PPF in Vietnam criminal procedure model.

The research scope of this study is the theoretical basis of good faith principle in German, English and Vietnamese contract law, in which the Civil Code 2015 will be used as the main research subject for Vietnamese contract law. In addition to the theoretical research, the thesis also studies courts’ judgments of the three legal systems to illustrate the results of theoretical research.

The researching object of this topic focuses on lawful comparision research on labor contracts of Vietnamese and Korean labor laws. The comparative content is shown by comparing 2 regulations of labor contracts of two countries, mainly the provisions of Labor Code 2012 of Vietnam and documents instructing to the implementation of this Code with the system of rules. labor contract according to Korean labor law.
