This paper aims to analyze and identify Green Compensation Package (GCP) of Human Resource Management (HRM) framework of Bangladeshi manufacturing companies and urges to find the impact of GCP on supply chain strategy for HRM in these companies . Multiple case studies have been applied to view if it is mapped with ERS (employee rights) of Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), International Labour Organization (ILO) and Bangladesh Labour Act (BDL) or not.

This study investigates the adequacy of CEO compensation from the perspective of using accounting measures to assess the performance of CEOs. The main objective of this research is to determine to what extent compensation packages received by American CEOs represent an underpayment of CEOs based on the performance of their firms when firm performance is defined in terms of accounting measures. CEO compensation data are obtained from Compustat, 10K SEC filings, and Forbes listing of CEO data.

While the evidence documents significant use of accounting numbers in determining cash compensation, both the determinants of cash compensation and the importance of cash compensation in the overall incentive package exhibit significant time trends. Bushman, Engel, Milliron, and Smith (1998) document that over the 1971-95 period, firms have substituted away from accounting earnings toward other information in determining top executives’ cash compensation.
