Analysed the quantitative data by SPSS and the results show 2 factors affect the performance namely GSCM Benefits and Critical Success factor. Consumer safety contributed significantly in GSCM benefits while, high satisfaction of customers and business partners in SCs contributed significantly in critical success factor.

Ebook "Biological small angle scattering: Techniques, strategies and tips" provides a clear, comprehensible and up-to-date description of how Small Angle Scattering (SAS) can help structural biology researchers. SAS is an efficient technique that offers structural information on how biological macromolecules behave in solution. SAS provides distinct and complementary data for integrative structural biology approaches in combination with other widely used probes, such as X-ray crystallography, Nuclear magnetic resonance, Mass spectrometry and Cryo-electron Microscopy.

Using electronic health records (EHRs) and biomolecular data, we sought to discover drug pairs with synergistic repurposing potential. EHRs provide real-world treatment and outcome patterns, while complementary biomolecular data, including disease-specific gene expression and drug-protein interactions, provide mechanistic understanding.

Rapidly evolving high-throughput technology has made it cost-effective to collect multilevel omic data in clinical and biological studies. Different types of omic data collected from these studies provide both shared and complementary information, and can be integrated into association analysis to enhance the power of identifying novel disease-associated biomarkers.

The Kösdağ Metavolcanics (KMs) in the southern Central Pontides are exposed between the İzmir-Ankara-Erzincan Suture Belt in the south and the Sakarya Composite Terrane in the north. They comprise an approximately 40-km-long tectonic unit, bounded by the splays of the North Anatolian Transform Fault in the north and the Kızılca Thrust in the south. The basement of the unit mainly consists of metabasalts, metaandesites, and metarhyolites, with well-developed blastomylonitic textures, which are interlayered by recrystallized pelagic limestone and chert.

High-throughput assays for measuring the three-dimensional (3D) configuration of DNA have provided unprecedented insights into the relationship between DNA 3D configuration and function. Data interpretation from assays such as ChIA-PET and Hi-C is challenging because the data is large and cannot be easily rendered using standard genome browsers.

Bioassessment of surface waters is one of the most important approaches to predict the deterioration of ecosystems and achieve environmental sustainability according to the application of the European Water Framework Directive. The present review emphasizes the importance of the bioassessment of freshwater quality especially running waters based on diatom metrics. Nutrient enrichment and hydromorphological alternation driven by human activities are the main factors for the ecological compromise of freshwater ecosystems.

Cancer registries usually assess data of conventional treatments and/or patient survival. Beyond that, little is known about the influence of other predictors of treatment response related to the use of complementary therapies (CM) and lifestyle factors affecting patients’ quality and quantity of life.

Genotyping of the human leucocyte antigen (HLA) is indispensable for various medical treatments. However, unambiguous genotyping is technically challenging due to high polymorphism of the corresponding genomic region. Next-generation sequencing is changing the landscape of genotyping. In addition to high throughput of data, its additional advantage is that DNA templates are derived from single molecules, which is a strong merit for the phasing problem.

Over several decades, a wide range of natural and artificial selection events in response to subtropical environments, intensive pasture and intensive feedlot systems have greatly changed the customary behaviour, appearance, and important economic traits of Shanghai Holstein cattle. In particular, the longevity of the Shanghai Holstein cattle population is generally short, approximately the 2nd to 3rd lactation.

The algorithm uses a Complementary table with four values corresponding with data bits ‘00’, ‘01’, ‘10’, and ‘11’, so that, we can embed two bits for each nucleotide. Moreover, with four levels of Complementary values, the algorithm shows that the proposed method also improve the security for hidden data.

Therefore, multi view text clustering presents a useful solution for trends detection by integrating various representations called ‘views’ to provide a complementary description of the same content. In this context, we propose a new ensemble method for multi-view text clustering that exploits different representations of text in order to produce more accurate and high quality clustering. Extensive experiments on real-world text datasets were conducted to demonstrate its superiority by comparing with the existing methods.

High-throughput technology allows for genome-wide measurements at different molecular levels for the same patient, e.g. single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and gene expression. Correspondingly, it might be beneficial to also integrate complementary information from different molecular levels when building multivariable risk prediction models for a clinical endpoint, such as treatment response or survival.

The ichthyo-fauna in the Ba Che and Tien Yen rivers, northern Vietnam is highly diverse, with a total of 245 species determined. However, data on the distribution of fish species are not sufficiently provided for the whole area. This study was conducted from 2008 to 2011 at 27 stations from the Ba Che and Tien Yen river basins to determine the distribution of fish species according to different sections of the rivers, water bodies, seasons, and salinity levels.

Trade credit and bank loan in period of financial crisis: Evidence from Tunisian exporting companies
This paper examines the relationship between trade credit and bank loan during the financial crisis using annual data on Tunisian exporting companies over the period 2005- 2011. Results based on 2SLS regression have shown that trade credit and bank credit were simultaneously determined and maintained a complementary effect before 2008 financial crisis.
