Mục tiêu của đề tài là xác định các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự thành công của các dự án đầu tư xây dựng tại tp HCM do tập đoàn TNG Holdings đầu tư; xếp hạng các yếu tố đã được xác định. Từ đó cho thấy, các yếu tố cụ thể có mức độ ảnh hưởng như thế nào đến sự thành công của dự án đầu tư xây dựng, do tập đoàn TNG Holdings đầu tư tại tp HCM; phân tích thực trạng doanh nghiệp trên cơ sở các yếu tố ảnh hưởng, đề ra giải pháp để nâng cao sự thành công cho các dự án đầu tư xây dựng do tập đoàn TNG Holdings làm chủ đầu tư.
