This study aims to present the role of Information Technology on HRM. The present study comprises of a thorough conceptual analysis of 19 review papers in order to compare the standard of literature taken from different papers like HRM practices, approach, Role of IT in HRM. Review on different dimension of Electronic Human Resource Management and provides a model of factors which lead to successful adaption of e-HRM. This model contains of three categories: Organizational Factors, Actuarial Factors, and External Factors.

Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, a unicellular green alga, contains a hydrogenase enzyme, which is induced by anaerobic adaptation of the cells. Using the suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) approach, the differential expression of genes under anaerobiosis was analyzed. A PCR fragment with similarity to the genes of bacterial Fe-hydrogenases was isolated and used to screen an anaerobic cDNA expression library of C. reinhardtii.

The concentration of Hb 2 (15–20% of the total hemoglobin content) is higher than that found in most cold-adapted Notothenioidei. Pest insects such asHelicoverpaspp. frequently feed on plants expressing protease inhibitors. Apparently, their digestive system can adapt to the presence of protease inhibitors. To study this, a trypsin enzymewas purified from the gut of insects that were raised on an inhibitor-containing diet. The amino-acid sequence of this enzyme was analysed by tandem MS, which allowed assignment of 66% of the mature protein amino acid sequence. In living organisms, genes encoding proteins that contain flavins as a pros-thetic group constitute approximately 2–3% of the total. The fluorescence of flavin cofactors in these proteins is a property that is widely employed for biochemical characterisation. Here, we present a modified Thermofluor  approach called ThermoFAD (Thermofluor  -adapted flavin ad hoc detec-tion system), which simplifies identification of optimal purification and storage conditions as well as high-affinity ligands.
