Cho đến nay giải pháp rửa đất (washing POP contaminated soil) được cho là có hiệu quả cao. Công nghệ rửa đất gồm hai giai đoạn chính: 1- rửa sạch các chất POP và hoàn nguyên đất, 2- Thu gom và phân hủy các chất POP sau khi được tách rửa từ đất. Đề tài tiến hành nghiên cứu quá trình khoáng hóa một số chất hữu cơ ô nhiễm khó phân hủy POP.

In this study the earthworm Eisenia andrei and sunflower dwarf sensation (Helianthus annuus) were used as tools to accumulate Pb and stable Cs. The aim of this study was to evaluate bioremediating Cs and Pb in contaminated soils using the selected biota. The efficacy of this bioremediation was evaluated using integrated soil microcosms (ISM)–a multispecies mini ecosystem with soil contaminated with Cs alone at 25 mg/kg and 250 mg/kg; Pb alone (1500 mg/kg) and Pb (1500 mg/kg) together with Cs (250 mg/kg) in the laboratory.

This paper is dedicated to the sampling strategy for use case 3 (UC3) about contaminated soils, in the context of post-incidental remediation of a site. For this use case, the constraint environment comes from the difficulty to collect samples beneath a building on the one hand and the fact that samples were collected in the past with no possibility for additional samples.

As the urban area has high population density and intensive anthropogenic activities, there are a great number of sources of heavy metals in cities, placing a considerable influence on human health. Emissions of heavy metals may come from domestic waste, chemical industry and transportation. These emissions have been continuously adding heavy metals to soils and they will remain present for many years even after the pollution sources have been removed.

The research objective of the thesis is to select microorganisms capable of producing laccase, laccaselike from Ba Vi National Forest area, in herbicide / dioxin contaminated soil at Bien Hoa airport. Assessing the ability of decomposing herbicides containing dioxin and reactive dyes by laccase, laccase-like and VSV strains were selected to guide the application in defense activities.
