  • Research findings have demonstrated a statistically significant negative correlation between profitability, growth, and liquidity and the capital structure measured by the debt ratio. Although it also decreases with non-debt tax shields, this variable does not have statistical meaning with the dependent variable. Size is the only variable with a positive correlation coefficient, but no statistical significance was found either. The results of the study can help these firms build a reasonable capital structure to enhance their intrinsic value.

  • This paper aims to explore business key success factors and readiness of Thai small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) manufacturing processed fruits to enhance processed fruit export supply chain from Thailand to India market. Business success factors were measured based on three dimensions; organization, technology, and environment. Then the correlation of factors was tested with an attentiveness to India market by using Paired-Sample ttest approach.

  • This paper aims to explore the extent to which the type of university affects the link between transformational leadership and supply chain management (SCM), in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. This paper uses quantitative methods to study the link between the main variables. The data were gathered from 611 lecturers in 14 public and 11 private universities in the Kurdistan Region. SmartPLS3 was used to evaluate measurement model and structural model. The results show a significant correlation between transformational leadership and readiness for change.

  • Spatial patterns of forest trees have been long recognized as evidences of underlying biological processes within forests. We used point pattern analysis methods and process-based models to detect the demography and dynamics of trees in a primary rainforest stand. A fully mapped 1-ha plot was investigated in the tropical rain forest of Cuc Phuong National Park. Trees were stem-mapped, diameter-measured at breast height and classified into species.

  • The study showed that the acceptance level of the observed variables reached the Cronbach's Alpha confidence level above 0.7 and the Corrected Item - Total Correlation value of the accepted observed variable over 0.3. Research results with the absolute value of factor loading above 0.5 are optimal, and the observed variables are statistically significant. This study has identified the observed variables for the factors of the theoretical framework. The study results can establish a measurement for further quantitative research with an expanded research scope in the future.

  • Ebook "Correlation force spectroscopy for single molecule measurements" addresses the development of a new force spectroscopy tool, correlation force spectroscopy (CFS) for the measurement of the properties of very small volumes of material (molecular to µm3) at kHz-MHz frequency range. CFS measures the simultaneous thermal fluctuations of two closely-spaced atomic force microscopy (AFM) cantilevers. CFS then calculates the cross-correlation in the thermal fluctuations that gives the mechanical properties of the matter that spans the gap of the two cantilevers.

  • Ebook "Dipolar correlation spectroscopy: Higher-order correlation terms in three-spin double electronelectron resonance (DEER)" presents experimental conditions which allow to extract the three-spin contribution precisely from experimental multi-spin double electron-electron resonance (DEER) signals. The theory and concepts behind the used techniques, which are among others broadband chirp pump pulses, over coupling of microwave resonators and echo reduction measurements, are discussed and explained in detail.

  • The performance of the proposed RF model is evaluated using three statistical measurements: root mean squared error (RMSE), mean absolute error (MAE), and correlation coefficient (R). The results show that the RF model has high predictive accuracy with an RMSE of 210 cnt/h, an MAE of 121 cnt/h, and an R of 0.90. The performance of the RF model is also compared with a linear regression model and shows superior accuracy.
