In the supply chain management system (SCM) in agribusiness, it is critical to ensure the economic sustainability of farms - suppliers of raw materials for processing. The purpose of the study was to develop methods and procedures for calculating the projected values of income per hectare from the crops cultivated, taking into account the conditions of crop production in the Northern Kazakhstan.

Each year, more than 10 thousand tons of spent fuels are discharged from nuclear power plants in the world. Heavy element nuclear fission reactions, at the origin of energy production, generate fission products of intermediary mass, some of them being considered nowadays as critical raw materials.

Biofilm formation possesses profound implications and throws a major challenge to the dairy sector where they act as the principal reservoir of microbial contamination. These lead to financial crisis by impairment of raw material and its products. It is emphasized that god manufacturing practice, good hygienic practice and hazard analysis and critical control point should be implement in dairy industry to prevent the contamination of dairy products.

The primary objective of this study is to explore fungal pigments as a source for dyeing colorants. Owing to the conflicting reports on the safety of textile and leathers during dyeing and due to the indiscriminate use of non-permitted colors, there is an urgent need to identify natural pigment sources as safe textile colorant. This study critically examines the potentials of fungi as sources production of biocolorant. Along with an established pigment producing fungus, Monascus, newer fungi have been explored and reported.

China’s papermaking technology itself is relatively similar across establishments because, until recently, the industry relied on a couple of domestic manufacturers making nearly identical machines for each stage in the papermaking process (CTAPI (1993)). The critical differences in the technology come from the use of two alternative raw materials (wood and non-wood fibers) and from the production of either bleached or unbleached papers. Both differences are important to understanding the industry’s pollution.

Healthy soil is the foundation of organic farming. Regular additions of organic matter in the form of cover crops, compost, or manure create a soil that is biologically active, with good structure and capacity to hold nutrients and water (note that any raw manure applications must occur at least 120 days before harvest). Decomposing plant materials will activate a diverse pool of microbes, including those that break down organic matter into plant-available nutrients, as well as others that compete with plant pathogens in the soil and on the root surface.

The Bank assumes that the four types of capital it identifies are substitutable, in other words that the economy is a self-sufficient system, rather than a subsystem of a finite ecosystem, dependent upon the latter for inputs, sinks and life-support functions. The “weak sustainability” approach which forms the basis of genuine savings calculations assumes that there are no ecological limits, only moments when the economy may stumble a little before adapting (for example by inventing new technologies or finding new raw materials) without critical damage occuring.

The World Bank’s mission is to alleviate poverty and support sustainable development. The conservation and sustainable use of natural habitats and biodiversity will contribute to these goals by protecting ecosystem services that are critical to fulfilling these objectives. Biodiversity is the foundation and mainstay of agriculture, forests, and fisheries. Biological resources provide the raw materials for livelihoods, sustenance, medicines, trade, tourism, and industry.
