Critical success factor

The objective of this study is to explore critical success factors (CSFs) influencing AI adoption and evaluate their importance level in banking sectors using the fuzzy AHP. First, a conceptual framework based on TOEH (Technology - Organization - Environment - Human) theory was utilize to identify the CSFs influencing AI adoption in the context of Vietnamese bank sector. After this step, a specific hierarchic structure was identified considering 15 sub-criteria along with four criteria.

Telecommunication industry has begun to appreciate and embrace Lean Six Sigma (LSS) not only to improve organisation productivity but also to enhance supply chain performance. The aim of this study is to survey which critical success factor (CSFs) of Lean Six Sigma that were could lead to better supply chain performance which eventually increases the competitiveness of the telecommunication industry in Malaysia. The purpose of this article is to analyze the performance of companies in the slaughterhouse industry in health and safety issues. The research method is quantitative modeling. The main research technique uses a mixed method based on multi-attribute utility method (MAUT) and artificial neural networks (ANN). The research object is 34 slaughterhouse companies located in Southern Brazil. Then, we ranked the companies and modeled their decision trees using the MAUT method.

The discussion of this study is followed by presenting the results of survey on the relationship of relational capability and organizational culture capability on supply chain operational performance. The results shown that the relationship between relational capability and organizational culture capability have significant impact on the performance of supply chain operation.

Analysed the quantitative data by SPSS and the results show 2 factors affect the performance namely GSCM Benefits and Critical Success factor. Consumer safety contributed significantly in GSCM benefits while, high satisfaction of customers and business partners in SCs contributed significantly in critical success factor.

This study employed quantitative survey with structured questionnaire. Random sampling was used and the sample of this study was SME manufacturing companies which has implemented LSS approach. A set of questionnaires were sent out to 200 companies through email and targeted to LSS practitioners such as managing director, quality manager and production manager.

This study provides a comparative statement of the recommendations suggested by every CSF from the perspective of each approach and examines how far the CSFs determine the successful implementation of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma in the Moroccan aeronautics industry. Also, based on a qualitative research methodology it assesses the importance assigned to each CSFs for each approach.
