An FMO explicit map is generated frame-by-frame using prior information. Performance indicators are used to identify the weaknesses and strengths of irrigation schemes. Until now, evaluations have been made using several different statistical methods to determine the performance of irrigation schemes. However, these methods showed the current performance of irrigation schemes and the statistical relationship between them. It is planned to provide adaptation of irrigation networks to climate change with state policies. Therefore, it is of great importance to estimate the future performance of irrigation schemes.

Through rigorous rural electrification projects, over 99.97% of Bhutan’s households now have access to electricity, which is predominantly generated from run-of-the-river hydropower plants. Despite this achievement, around 5% of the rural households still do not have access to electricity to meet their cooking load demands and, therefore, they extensively rely on firewood, LPG, and kerosene for cooking purposes. Apart from hydropower, penetration of other renewable sources such as solar and wind power in the country is negligible.

Pre harvest forecast may provide useful information to agriculturalists, administration offices and merchants. This paper analyzes the impacts of Shadow banking system (SBS) on the nominal and real economy. It studies the SBS’s data of 14 countries for 13 years using Generalizing estimation equation (GEE) method in SPSS statistics. The results showed that the increase in SBS was associated with large increase in nominal GDP rather than real GDP and thus causing nominal indicators of the economy to grow more than real ones.

Based on cross section data of 30 Oyster mushroom farms in Dong Ha city, Quang Tri province, this study estimated their technical efficiency level by using output-oriented Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The empirical results indicate that Oyster mushroom farms should expand their current level of output from 9 to 17% to be efficient. Moreover, it also reveals that technical inefficiency of Oyster mushroom in Dong Ha city, Quang Tri province was mainly due to scale inefficiency. Most of farms should increase their current scale to improve their technical efficiency.
