This work aims to investigate the mechanism of Pd nucleation and growth onto glassy carbon electrode from ChCl/urea/palladium mixture at room temperature using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronoamperometry (CA) techniques. Furthermore, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy were used to examine the crystalline structure, morphology and compositions of deposited Pd samples.

In this work, we replaced the conventional solvents such as dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) or dimethylformamide (DMF) by deep eutectic solvents (DES) in the synthesis of methylammonium lead iodide perovskite (MAPbI3). The first DES system was based on the combination of acetamide and urea (A–U–P system), the homogenous solution was formed at relative low temperature (~40℃). For the second system which was based on acetamide and choline chloride (A–C–P system), lead nitrate only dissolved at higher temperature (~100℃).

This paper presents a methodology for studying nucleation and growth mechanisms of metals onto a glassy carbon electrode in a deep eutectic solvent (DES), a mixture of choline chloride and urea at a molar ratio of 1:2. Characteristics and composition of Co(II) complexes formed with the DES were evaluated by means of UV-vis measurements, which confirmed the good stability of these species at room temperature.

An Electrokinetic Chromatography (EKC) method was developed in this work enabling for the first time the separation of the four stereoisomers of the acetamide herbicide dimethenamid. Deep eutectic solvent (DES) from choline chloride and phenol (ChCl-phenol) was successfully synthesized by a simple method and characterized by modern techniques (FT-IR, NMR, TGA, DSC). A straightforward method for the preparation of benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine derivatives catalysed by an acidic deep eutectic solvent from choline chloride (ChCl) and phenol via the Biginelli reaction of 2-aminobenzimidazole, ethyl acetoacetate, and aldehydes has been developed under metal- and solvent-free conditions. The desired products were obtained in moderate to good yield (49-79%) and the DESs were known as an economical and environmentally friendly catalyst.

S (deep eutectic solvents) [CholineCl][ZnCl2]3, được tạo thành từ choline chloride và zinc chloride (ZnCl2), với những ưu điểm vượt bậc như dễ dàng điều chế bằng phương pháp đun khuấy từ, xúc tác hiệu quả cho phản ứng acyl hóa các alcohol bậc 2 và anhydride acid với quy trình thực hiện phản ứng đơn giản dưới sự kích hoạt bằng phương pháp siêu âm cho hiệu suất cao. Phản ứng được thực hiện trên 6 alcohol bậc hai khác nhau trong thời gian 5 phút ở nhiệt độ phòng, hiệu suất sản phẩm thu được rất cao (88 – 96%).
