The main objective of the research is to examine internet banking service quality’s impact on customer satisfaction of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV). This study is a quantitative study using the SERVQUAL model developed by Parasuraman et al. (1988) in internet banking service to define 5 dimensions of internet banking service quality as independent variables and customer satisfaction is the dependent variable. Questionnaires were also given for 320 customers and 300 surveys which were valid for analysis.

This study has explored the impact of the community integration of ATDs (Australian Trained Doctors) and OTDs (Overseas Trained Doctors) in rural and remote communities on their quality of life (QOL) and its resultant effect on their retention by developing a model of research linking QOL as the intervening variable between community integration (the independent variable) and retention (the dependent variable). A national survey of 279 rural and remote GPs was conducted between September and December 2010.

Although there is much information about facility spending and the rising expenses in college athletics, there is not much correlational data to date. The aim of this study is to examine whether the change of schema would affect the process of encoding and retrieval. This experiment is a modification of Anderson and Pichert’s study. The independent variable in the experiment was the two different schemas used in the study (Geography student or tourist) and the dependent variable was the extent to which the participants could recall the story, specifically the number of words in this case. The results suggested that a change in schema of the same story would improve recall, as found by Anderson and Pichert.
