In the study "Yield and oil composition of peppermint cultivars grown in the Isparta climate of Turkey", Citaro, Tokat CL-8, and Chocolate varieties had high menthol contents and were within the same chemical group. Varieties reacted differently to years and harvesting seasons, including summer and autumn. The menthol content of Citaro and Tokat CL-8 cultivars was higher in the fall harvest compared to the summer harvest.

High temperature stress at reproductive stages of cotton crop severely affects the yield and quality of cotton crop under changing climatic conditions. To alleviate the adverse effects of high temperature stress on cotton crop, the regulatory effects of potassium (K), zinc (Zn), and boron (B) were assessed by applying different temperature regimes at three reproductive stages of cotton crop under field and glass house conditions.

The framework is applied on two cases: Energy Futures Lab initiated in Alberta, Canada and the arenas for a Fossil Independent West Sweden - Climate 2030. In particular, the comparison showcases how contextual difference in terms of urgency and turbulence may influence lab activities and how ownership and governance conditions may influence the various directions outputs, effects and wider impacts took.

Maintaining and managing trees with different ecological plasticity under climate conditions aggravated by short-term variability are major challenges for foresters. Our aims were to investigate species-specific ecophysiological responses of canopy trees in a mixed Turkey oak forest during their early-phase regeneration. We measured plant carbon and water exchange with portable IRGA equipment under natural field conditions (canopy gap) and in a climate-controlled (standardized) environment.

The purpose of the study is to find the effects of different growing site conditions on trees with the vessel features in the woods of Quercus ilex L. growing in different regions through Turkey, and to evaluate the results in respect of forestry. A total of 102 wood samples were collected from 102 sampling plots (as 20 m × 10 m plots) in 9 distribution areas in Turkey. Environmental, climate and stand data were obtained for each plot. Standard wood anatomical studies were performed.

Modeling the distribution of the southern yellow - cheeked gibbon (nomascus gabriellae) using maxent
In addition, the distribution of the gibbon under future climate conditions, even in the best case scenario, is likely to shrink significantly, as the species would have to move to higher altitudes. Under such an impact, the populations would become more fragmented and restricted to a few areas of higher elevation. Our study also confirms that the climatic difference across its distribution range may not be entirely responsible for the speciation and biogeography of the N. annamensis/gabriellae complex.

Plants have developed various sophisticated mechanisms to cope up with climate extremes and different stress conditions, especially by involving specific transcription factors (TFs). The members of the WRKY TF family are well known for their role in plant development, phytohormone signaling and developing resistance against biotic or abiotic stresses.

The general tendency of observation weapons is the combination of sensors in one device, allowing multispectral observation devices. This facilitates flexible observation in different space, time and climate conditions. This type of observation devices is often called multispectral observation devices, which can be compact (hand-held) or an observation system.

The continuous presence of the pathogen in the orchard throughout the season has led to many fold speculations on possible survival of the pathogen on some alternate hosts grown in and around the garden. Severity of incidence and losses varies among different isolates and influenced by existing climatic conditions and geographical distribution (Mondal and Sharma, 2009; Mondal and Singh, 2009; Petersen et al., 2007; Mondal et al., 2012).
