Results revealed that the finished products of compost and vermicompost are free from total and fecal coliforms as well as Salmonella sp. and Shigella sp. The values of tested parameters of compost and vermicompost that produced from rice straw supplemented with cattle dung, organic P and K and fungal accelerator (treatment No. 7) were within the recommended levels of high quality products.

A field experiment was conducted to determine the effect of sulphur and spacing on yield and economics of safflower. The experiment was laid out in randomized Block Design, with 8 treatments, each replicated trice, in the rabi 2019 with the different levels of Sulphur (0,10,20,30 kg S/ha) and Spacing (20cm x 10cm,30cm x 10cm) respectively at Crop Research Farm, Department of Agronomy, SHUATS, Prayagraj,(U.P). Application of Sulphur and Spacing significantly influenced the yield and economics.

The influence of soil moisture on the infection, hyphal development and uptake of P of a VA mycorrhizal fungus Glomus fasciculatum in Quinoa was studied at four different moisture levels (-0.2; -0.6; -1.2 and -2.4 MPa). Maximum increase in dry weight was observed at -0.2 MPa level. There was a proportionate increase in total P content in shoot and root of a plant at decreased moisture levels.

The tachykininergic neurotransmitters have been proved to be involved in the inflammatory progress and chronic pain in series of disease. The present study was undertaken to evaluate the levels of substance P (SP) and its receptors NK-1 receptor (NK-1R) in both serum and synovial tissues of hip joint from patients with different stages of DDH, and to detect the possible correlation of serum SP levels with pain sensation and dysfunction of the hip joint.

The study entitled The Effect of different level of NPK and Zinc on soil health, growth and yield of Chickpea (Cicer arietinum L.). Cv-Pusa-362 was carried out at the research farm of Soil science and agriculture chemistry, Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Science, Prayagraj during the season of Rabi 2019-20. The soil of the experimental area was sandy loam in texture. The experiment was laid out in randomized block design with three levels of N P & K (0%, 50% and 100%) and three levels of Zinc (0%, 50% and 100%).

Gamma-delayed spectroscopy measurements of 67Fe have been performed at RIKEN, Japan. The spectra from (p, 2p) and (p, pn) channels show a sharp peak at 367 keV. While the total isomer-yield spectrum presents clearly 2 peaks at 367 and 387 keV. The ratio of these two gammas’ intensity was determined to be equal to 0.126(3), in agreement with previous experiments. The origin of these two gammas could be from different isomers of 67Fe.

This research focus on to presents of the MQL parameters optimization approach in which the multi-response outputs based on Taguchi's L9 orthogonal array method is used. During the turning AISI-1045 steel, the cutting temperature, the maximum of tool wear, and the surface roughness were measured. The MQL parameters which are ratio of soluble lubricant and water, pressure of spray head, flow volume of emulsion was simultaneously optimized by taking the multi-response outputs using Taguchi based grey relational analysis (GRA) into consideration.
