Analysis of the rate of resistance to Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin and efficacy of Esomeprazole-Amoxicilin-Clarithromycin (EAC) regimen in Helicobacter pylori positive duodenal ulcer. Determinate the recrudescence and reinfection status of Helicobacter pylori after successful eradication treatment, by PCR-RFLP technique and UreC gene sequencing.
