Timely monitoring the large-scale civil structure is a tedious task demanding expert experience and significant economic resources. Towards a smart monitoring system, this study proposes a hybrid deep learning algorithm aiming for structural damage detection tasks, which not only reduces required resources, including computational complexity, data storage but also has the capability to deal with different damage levels.

[ 15 N]-heteronuclear single quantum coherence (HSQC) spectra provide a readily accessible fingerprint of [ 15 N]-labelled proteins, where the backbone amide group of each nonproline amino acid residue contributes a single cross-peak. Cell-free protein synthesis offers a fast and economical route to enhance the information content of [ 15 N]-HSQC spectra by amino acid type selective [ 15 N]-labelling.

Conclusion: Toward a Science of Implementation Public-health strategies draw largely on quantitative methods—from epidemiology and biostatistics, but also from economics. Clinical practice, including internal medicine, draws on a rapidly expanding knowledge base but remains focused on individual patient care; clinical interventions are rarely population-based. In fact, neither public-health nor clinical approaches alone will prove adequate in addressing the problems of global health.

• Modern technological networks are on a collision course with human organizations, both civilian and military: – conflicts arise in all stages: design, configuration, and operations – conflicts with regulatory and C2 constraints – competing financial and other incentives • Time is ripe to integrate economic thought into networking – current technology isolated from human goals and constraints – we must manage and design networks in their broader contexts Cleared for public release, distribution unlimited Network-centric Operations are at Risk • • • • Increasingly pervasive networking c...
