In this paper, the authors considered theoretical approaches to family farming as a special form of social-and-economic organization, which is the most reliable mechanism for mass recruitment of rural population into the economy and optimization of material and information flows, cooperative ties of value creating participants in order to satisfy consumers in comparison with large agricultural holdings. The US experience indicates the possibility of harmonious combination of developed industry and commodity family farms in economic complexes.

The paper investigates if Credit Guarantee Schemes (CGSs) have an effect on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) bankruptcies. In such a framework, some recent studies are devoted to deepen the issue at national level. Most of them conclude that the CGSs may increase the probability of SMEs bankruptcies, suggesting the questions of moral hazard and adverse selection as possible motivations.

Economic cooperation in small-scale forestry production is needed in the context of globalization and cooperation. Farmers or farms are often limited by access to resources as well as input and output information for their products. While they have land and labor for production. On the other hand, the development trend of the forestry sector has been increasingly confirmed in the world. Because, The forestry sector provides not only economic benefits to individuals but also to the wider community.

This categorization consists of a relatively small group of “developed countries” and a much larger group of “developing countries”.

While these factors can exert a powerful infl uence on the health and development of children, public health practitioners recognize that health outcomes, as well as health behaviours, parenting and breastfeeding practices and family dynamics are infl uenced by external socio-economic and psychosocial environment in which an individual lives. External risk factors include poverty, neighbourhood characteristics, environmental exposures and psychosocial responses to impoverished conditions (e.g., social isolation, violence and depression).

There have also been declines in the less critical areas of Computer Technology and Workforce. Small businesses are increasingly failing in making technology work effectively for their businesses (falling from 60 percent who were highly successful a year ago to 53 percent this year). Within Workforce, small businesses are not doing as well in training and developing their employees (a drop from 65 percent in June 2009 to 58 percent in June 2010). Cautious online technology spending.

This positive change in attitudes and practices is echoed by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, which says: ‘There is now a realistic prospect of harmonizing environmental and economic considerations, and thus of gradually incorporating these objectives in policy.’ Many executives have demonstrated that pursuing sustainable development strategies makes good business sense.

The SB interest rate was decreased in March 2003, from 4% to 3.5%, when inflation was around 3%. In April 2010, after RBI changed the method of calculating interest on SB accounts, the depositors saw an increase in their returns on savings. However, the fluctuating inflation has been very high in recent years. The SB deposits are the major source of savings (investment) for many depositors, including pensioners, small savers and senior citizens. Not having the ability to be good money managers, such persons are getting high negative returns on their hard earned monies.

Third, the interest-on-reserves regime might very well be self-financing; it even has the potential to generate significant additional revenue for the government. At worst, switching to the interest-on-reserves regime would involve a relatively small adverse effect on government finances. Paying a market rate of interest on reserves could create cash flow problems for a central bank; but these problems would be manageable. Finally, the interest-on-reserves regime would eliminate entirely distortions in financial markets due to the tax on reserves.

Besides conducting national censuses, the CBS is a primary source of information for multi-sectoral data in the country. It was in the early nineties that the CBS established a separate Household Survey Section (HSS). This section initiated four small-scale surveys with funding from the GoN. Then a comprehensive survey for Nepal was launched by the CBS in 1995/96 through its multi-topic (consumption, income, housing, labor markets, education, health etc.) national household survey called the Nepal Living Standards Survey (NLSS I) with financial assistance from the World Bank.

Interest rate risk remains high for banks because of a duration mis- match between deposits relative to banks’ holdings of government securities and certain housing loans. Exchange rate risk is less of a concern as banks have only a small net foreign exchange position and hedges are generally considered to be with strong institutions. In addition, large Turkish corporates have high foreign-exchange (FX) liabilities, often to foreign lenders, more willing to provide financing as markets stabilised after the crisis in 2001.
