There is a need to implement inclusion to promote educational accessibility, quality, and equity for all to combat exclusion. As a result, inclusion challenged educational systems, especially teachers who are its primary implementers.

Over the last decade, inclusion has become a world trend in special education. In response to that trend, the Vietnamese government has adopted a progressive policy to implement inclusive education. However, it is found there are barriers of implementing inclusive education in Vietnam emerged from school teachers educational facilities, mobility and physical environment and social attitude. Based on that, this paper attempts to give some suggestions for having strategies to promote implementation of inclusive education in Vietnam.

This article presents an editorial perspective on the challenges associated with e-mail management for academic physicians. We include 2-week analysis of our own e-mails as illustrations of the e-mail volume and content. We discuss the contributors to high e-mail volumes, focusing especially on unsolicited e-mails from medical/scientific conferences and open-access journals (sometimes termed “academic spam emails”), as these e-mails comprise a significant volume and are targeted to physicians and scientists.

The new strategy of ENHPS includes also the idea of a perspective change of the health promoting school network into a health promoting school movement. This idea, however, cannot be put into practice in the Czech Republic before the health promoting school model programme is tested and revised by its authors. Another reason why this idea is premature is the fact that the health promoting school model programme has not yet gained all the necessary conditions to function within the educational system.
