The results show positive impact from firms’ indicators of market orientation such as the improvement of existing products, the percentage of important customers within the same commune as the location of the firms, and the firm’s prioritizing attitude towards contacts of competitors within their network size. The field experiment was conducted to access the effect of inorganic fertilizers, organic manures and bio-fertilizers on yield and quality of rabi onion (Allium cepa L.) during rabi season. The experiment comprised of 36 treatment combinations and replicated three times, was laid out in split-plot design with three fertility levels (0, 75 and 100% of recommended dose of NPKS) and three treatments of organic manures (control, FYM @ 20 t ha-1 and poultry manure @ 5 t ha-1 ) were applied in main plots.

The aim of the study was to review and evaluate the current use of videoconference education for nurses in KwaZulu-Natal. Methodology: A review the literature on VC education in nursing using bibliometric review strategies was conducted and two nurses’ education courses conducted via videoconferencing was evaluated against a set of criteria developed and validated by the Department of TeleHealth at the University. This paper presents an optimized design for racetrack resonators based on Multimode Interference (MMI) couplers on the silicon on insulator (SOI) platform.
