This study investigates the impact of the capabilities of supply chain management on the performance of the food industry in Thailand. Data were collected from the mangers of the supply chain of the firm that are listed in the Department of Industrial Work Thailand by distributing the survey through the mail. PLS-SEM has been used to test the links between the variables under study. The results of the multiple regressions revealed that effective SCM capabilities could increase the performance of the firm.

This study try to examine the effect of human resource practices (job design, training and development, compensation, performance appraisal and employee participation and communication) on employee performance in the Libyan oil and gas sector. Using the cross-sectional research approach, data were collected from a sample of 100 employees of Waha Oil Company (WOC). Multiple regression analysis technique will be used to test the study’s hypotheses. The results provided support for two out of the five hypotheses.

This research aims to map the internal and external condition of SMEs in supply chain performance of tourism sector and determines the effective strategy to increase the human resource performance for each region.
