The study "Comparison of the performance of state-controlled and private-controlled enterprises - evidence from the electricity industryin Vietnam" aims toexamine the impact of ownership structure on business performance. The study uses a sample of 51 companies in electricityindustry listed on Vietnam’s stock market in 2017. The author uses multi-linear regression to evaluate the effect of the structure ownership on the performance of enterprises.
