Exosomes are promising tools for improving cancer care, but conversely may also contribute to tumor progression. Here, we highlight recently discovered roles of exosomes in modulating immune responses in cancer, with emphasis on exosomal surface proteins and on RNA and DNA content. We also discuss how exosomes could be exploited as biomarkers and delivery vehicles in cancer therapy.

Today, the urban landscape of Hanoi is marked by a massive increase of private vehicles. Cars and motorcycles are filling the streets and make the traffic conditions difficult. In order to reduce congestion, the Vietnamese government plans a Public Transportation System (PTS), which is composed of metro lines and dedicated bus lanes. Video surveillance is emerging research field of intelligent transport systems. This paper presents some techniques which use machine learning and computer vision in vehicles detection and tracking. Firstly the machine learning approaches using Haar-like features and Ada-Boost algorithm for vehicle detection are presented. Secondly approaches to detect vehicles using the background subtraction method based on Gaussian Mixture Model and to track vehicles using optical flow and multiple Kalman filters were given.

To identify bacterial contamination of cellular phones used by healthcare workers (HCWs) and to investigate antibiotic resistance patterns of recovered isolates. In addition, we assessed the possible risk factors for contamination of mobile phones. Mobile phones were sampled from HCWs across inpatient, outpatient and intensive care wards in Mansoura Emergency Hospital. Isolated bacteria were identified and subjected to disk diffusion test to detect their antibiotic resistance patterns. Sampled mobile phones had a contamination rate of 90.4% (P= 0.00).

In case of emergency all the vehicles in the network are not affected so broadcasting of alert packet is not feasible rather multicasting of alert packet should be done, but defining the list of node to be considered for multicasting is a challenging task as every vehicle cannot hold the location information of all the vehicles in the network.
