In this study conducted in Erzurum province’s Oltu district Kırdağı location during 2015, 2016 and 2017 concerning the above forest, forest interior and forest edge rangeland sites, the botanical composition of rangeland sites, canopy coverage rate, rangeland condition scores, and comparison of the condition of rangeland and the health class were emphasized. This review introduces heterocyclic amines (HCAs) as a food hazard, its formation during heat assisted process and particularly in food processing is presented. According to International Agency for Research on Cancer, hererocyclic amines have been considered as mutagenic and cancer carcinogenic compounds; and HCAs are evaluated as over 100 fold more mutagenic than aflatoxin B1 and over 2,000-fold more mutagenic than benzo[a] pyrene. Present investigation emphasizes on isolation and identification of soil fungi of banana (Musa paradisiaca L.) fields from Baramati area of Pune district of Maharashtra. The isolation of soil fungi was done by using serial dilution method and Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA) medium. Morphological characters of fungi were used for their identification. Total 22 fungal species were recorded throughout the study. The contribution of Deuteromycotina was 63.63% followed by Zygomycotina 18.18%, Ascomycotina 13.63% and Mastigomycotina 4.54%.
