This study try to examine the effect of human resource practices (job design, training and development, compensation, performance appraisal and employee participation and communication) on employee performance in the Libyan oil and gas sector. Using the cross-sectional research approach, data were collected from a sample of 100 employees of Waha Oil Company (WOC). Multiple regression analysis technique will be used to test the study’s hypotheses. The results provided support for two out of the five hypotheses.

This study analysed the effects of circular economy, supply chain management innovation and sustainability on organisation performance. A total of 163 respondents, who are public sector employees in Bandung City, participated in this study. The hypotheses were tested using the descriptive and verification research methods. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and structural equation modelling analysis through the LISREL programme was employed. Results indicated that circular economy and supply chain management innovation significantly and positively influence organisation performance.

The purpose of this study is to examine factors affecting undergraduate students' intentions in pursuing postgraduate study at universities in Ho Chi Minh City. Those factors are satisfaction, customer orientation of employee, personal traits and brand image. A survey was carried out on 256 participants for examining the impact in this research. SPSS statistics was applied for the study and other methods to test the effect. In addition, the results indicated that overall the factors positively influence undergraduate student’s intentions.

This paper looks into how higher education institutions can enhance their knowledge sharing practices by cultivating social capital among its employees. It employs a set of semi-structured interviews to gauge the attitudes of employees of two institutions in Saudi Arabia. This is complemented by a literature survey looking into how social capital theory is adapted by earlier researchers in the area of knowledge sharing. The findings indicate that trust, social interactions, participation and rewards have strong influence in knowledge sharing.
