This work aims to shed light on this literature, analysing both the affordability and the accessibility energy problem of Argentine households. To do so, we use micro-data from an expenditure-survey. First, we measure the energy affordability problem by calculating the Boardman indicator. Second, we estimate two logit models to show how likely it is that the affordability energy problem explains the choice of facilities for cooking and heating that can indicate an energy accessibility problem.

The application of the muti nozzle cross flow turbine as a power plant in remote areas that is not affordable by electricity supply and transportation is very effective and suitable in rural areas that utilize the potential energy of water as a small and large scale energy source. The results of research on the use of multi-nozzle cross flow turbines are able to produce turbine power of 5.011 kWatt as a driving generator that produces 4.259 kWatt of electric power, strongly supporting the provision of electrical energy for remote areas.

In additon, this practcal laboratory program can even be used to make sense of one of the best-known theoretcal experiments in thermodynamics, the so-called Maxwell's demon experiment (Lewins & Bejan, 1999; Liew, Zeegers, Kuerten & Michalek, 2012). It should also be noted that once a compressed air source has been provided, the material needed to prepare the practcum is simple and affordable, and the lab itself is very interestng and appeals to students.
