In this research, the authors used the results of the studies on the economy of the Arctic regions and the data on the Russian Arctic of the State Statistics Committee of the Russian Federation. Its economic structure includes traditional sectors: reindeer husbandry, hunting, and fishing. Industrial, transport, and energy development of the territories have a negative impact on traditional activities, so that the peoples of the Arctic have to search for new forms and ways of employment, conservation of the environment, and ethno cultural development.

World agriculture still faces challenges quite fundamental, it is about the quality issues and the increasing of competitiveness through productivity and the eficiency. This research focused on the criteria of best tomato types and how to apply the Simple Additive weighting method (SAW) into a Decision Support System (DSS) for election best quality tomato that can assist farmers in determining the best type of tomato for renewable energy and supply chain strategy, based on the criteria that have been chosen, such as: tomato size, tomato color, tomato shape and tomato disease.

Full recycling of transuranic (TRU) isotopes can in theory lead to a reduction in repository radiotoxicity to reference levels in as little as ~500 years provided reprocessing and fuel fabrication losses are limited. However, over a limited timeframe, the radiotoxicity of the ‘final’ core can dominate over reprocessing losses, leading to a much lower reduction in radiotoxicity compared to that achievable at equilibrium.

The energy management strategy is the key to increasing the energy efficiency index (EEI) and controlling buildings’ carbon emissions. This article discusses the energy policy strategy at Siliwangi University based on four main components of green campus: the profile of the electricity load, energy consumption, the rate of the number of vehicles, and vehicle activity in the campus environment. We propose four scenarios to meet the EEI and carbon emissions standards in 2025.

This paper presents a development of stochastic tool to assess impacts of RES integration. Intelligent strategies to control voltage and frequency in a microgrid are also proposed. Energy management strategies for a gridconnected or isolated microgrid are developed by using dynamic programming or multiagent system.

Pulse crops are an integral part of Indian agricultural economy next to the cereals and oilseeds in terms of production, productivity and economic value. These crops are richest source of protein and energy but in India such crops are largely cultivated under energy starved and polluted conditions, resulting affecting the metabolic activity and limiting the yield. Agricultural soil contaminated by heavy metals becomes a severe environmental issue in this day due to its potential adverse ecological effects.

Phosphorus is a major limiting factor for plant growth particularly in the tropics and subtropics areas. It play an important role in many biochemical process viz., energy storage and transfer, cell division, cell enlargement and several other processes in plants. The availability of P to plants is a problem owing to its slow diffusion and high fixation in soils. Due to low solubility and mobility in soil, phosphorus use efficiency is very low ranges from 10-20% in normal soil.

Financial liquidity is the foundation for building a strong enterprise. Every small or large enterprise, regardless of the industry, needs to have financial liquidity to grow. Its management is complicated as it is related to current assets, short-term liabilities and profitability. The existing relationship between profitability and liquidity makes it very difficult to choose the right liquidity management strategy. The purpose of the article is to analyze the strategy of managing liquidity in state-owned enterprises operating in the energy sector.
