  • E-learning is emerging as the new paradigm of modern education. This study examines the relationships among overall e-learning service quality, e-learning student trust, and e-learning student loyalty in the context of Vietnam. Survey data collected from 690 students in 12 universities in Hanoi were analyzed by regression analysis. The results indicated that the overall e-learning service quality was positively related to e-learning student trust, which in turn positively influences elearning student loyalty.

  • The data are collected by distributing 200 questionnaires for employees working in Jakarta area. The method used to do the analysis is by using a multilinear regression. Based on the result, organizational learning culture and job satisfaction had significant impacts to motivation to transfer learning. Meanwhile, employee commitment does not have significant effect on motivation to transfer learning, however, it has an impact on the gender, age, and length of work.
