Mediastinal bronchial artery aneurysm (BAA) is a rare and lifethreatening disease. We experienced the first case confirming that, despite only slight deterioration of bronchiectasis, mediastinal BAAs expanded remarkably. A 61-year-old female was hospitalized because of hemoptysis. Her respiratory condition required intubated mechanical ventilation.

In this study, we describe case report of 70-year-old man was admitted to our hospital because of abdominal pain over 6 months with no pathological antecedent. Abdominal ultrasound (US) reveal a omental solid mass in left lumbar region, and on CT scan show a solid mass in left lumbar region in front of the descending colon, maesuring around 50x87x133mm with well-circumscribed, slight enhance with intravenous contrast, no hemmorrage or necrosis area, no calcification and not clearly separated from small-bowel.

Abdominal computed tomography (CT) is the standard imaging method for patients with suspected colorectal liver metastases (CRLM) in the diagnostic workup for surgery or thermal ablation. Diffusion-weighted and gadoxetic-acid-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the liver is increasingly used to improve the detection rate and characterization of liver lesions.

Preoperative evaluation of the living renal donors vascular morphology and function with Multi-Detector CT (MDCT). From Jan 2017 to August 2018, when carrying out a cross-sectional study at Cardiovascular Centre of Hue Central hospital, we have performed 64-MDCT with an unenhanced, three enhanced CT scan of arterial, parenchymal and secretory phase and two additional dynamic scans between the arterial and parenchymal phase to assess the renal vascular morphology and function on 154 living renal donors and proceeded to nephrectomy.

This report aims to announce a case of hepatic PEComa with extramedullary hematopoiesis. A 44- year- old woman accidentally presented a nodular mass in the left hepatic segment on ultrasonography with normal liver function result. Abdominal enhanced CT Scan showed hypervascular lesion. Morphology exibits classical characteristics of PEComa with mature fat tissue predominance, thick-wall vessel; somewhat amount of extramedullary hematopoiesis was also recognized.

Cancer patients undergo routine computed-tomography (CT) scans and, therefore, iodinated contrast media (ICM) administration. It is not known whether a time-dependent correlation exists between chemotherapy administration, contrast enhanced CT and onset of acute ICM-related adverse reactions (ARs).
