The study was conducted to examine the impact of factors including top management support, system quality, facilitating condition on the usage of information system (IS) and the impact of usage of information system to the user satisfaction in the application environment of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in enterprises in Vietnam. Formal research samples of 110 subjects, including employees and managers involved in the usage IS.
