This research aims to prove the SMEs competency and business environment have to impact to performance, with motivation, as intervening. It uses SEM-PLS as a method in testing the hypothesis and quantitative with the explanatory method. To collect data, a questionnaire used for 100 SMEs taken as a sample in Bogor Regency. The result of this research is that only SMEs competency and motivation has a direct impact on performances, the business environment needs to be intervened by motivation.

This research examines the association between entrepreneurship, two types of IT (the managerial IT resources and Technology IT resources), and performance of firm. The research supports the capabilities enabled through IT for organizations. Cross-sectional survey data has been used for testing the hypotheses and proposed research model from a sample of 203 leading firms in Thailand. The results of data analysis show that the culture of entrepreneurship is an important capability, which can forecast the market performance of a firm.

This study has adopted the concept of bricolage to explain innovation performance among manufacturing SMEs in Malaysia that operate under resource-constrained environment. By adopting quantitative approach, this study has collected 217 sets of data from the Federation of Malaysian Manufactures (FMM) Directory for 2016. The response rate of the survey is at 43.4% and the data is analysed through PLS-SEM. After the establishment of construct’s validity and reliability, the study has confirmed a significant positive relationship between entrepreneurial bricolage and innovation performance.

This paper provides a review of the relevant factors for achieving performance as an entrepreneur in the position of supply chain manager. In this paper, the author seek to analyze the role of several determinants in the process of internationalization of Tunisian SMEs in Africa, and consequently their performance. Thanks to a quantitative study carried out among 46 companies analyzed under SPSS and Smart PLS, the results demonstrate the importance of the total mediating role of international entrepreneurial orientation (OEI) in the relationship between competitiveness and international performance. However, networking only generates a direct effect on international performance.
