Entrepreneurial role model

Nghiên cứu này tập trung phân tích mối quan hệ giữa “entrepreneurial role models - hình mẫu khởi nghiệp” và quyết định tham gia vào hoạt động khởi nghiệp của người trưởng thành Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu sử dụng bối cảnh Việt Nam bởi vì Việt Nam có quá trình chuyển đổi từ mô hình kinh tế tập trung sang mô hình kinh tế thị trường khác biệt so với những nước ở Đông Âu và những nước thuộc Liên Xô cũ.

The study aims to determine the role of innovation capacity in students' entrepreneurial intention, case study in Vietnam. The author uses qualitative and quantitative research methods to determine the research model as well as determine and measure the inuence of factors on students' entrepreneurial intentions.
