The study aimed to assess the hematopoietic function of white rats when given to oral “Ich khi an than- HVY” tablets on experimental. “Ich khi an than-HVY” tablet when used for 4 consecutive weeks at a dose of 0.51g/kg/day (equivalent to the expected therapeutic dose in human) and 1.52g/kg/day (3 times the dose equivalent to the expected therapeutic dose in human) doesn’t affect the number of red blood cells, hemoglobin, hematocrit, mean corpuscular volume, the number of white blood cell, leukocyte formula, platelet.

The aim of the 2018 Intercomparison exercise implemented by the Primary Standard Dosimetry Laboratory (PSDL) of Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency (ARPANSA) collaborated with IAEA is to assess the capabilities of the dosimetry services in participating member states in Asia and the Pacific region for the personal dose equivalent, Hp(10), in photon (gamma and X-ray) fields, thus supporting them to achieve a more accurate dosimetry service and to provide them with guidelines to improve the performance of the existing dosimetry services.

Dosimetric quantities at various distances from a 30 cm diameter polyethylene sphere moderated 241Am-Be source were investigated using the Bonner sphere spectrometer system. The different international commercial unfolding codes were applied to unfold the neutron spectrum, and their shapes were compared to each other. Additionally, the integrated neutron fluence rates overall spectrum and fractional neutron fluence rates were deduced and compared between the results obtained from different unfolding codes.
