The study was conducted during 2018-19 in Mandya district of Karnataka State, India. The pre-tested interview schedule was used to collect the data from 120 Seasamum growers through personal interview method. The collected data was tabulated and analyzed using percentages, correlation and regression. As high as 44.17 per cent of Seasamum growers belonged to medium level adoption category, 35.00 per cent to low adoption category and 20.83 per cent belonged to high adoption category.

Total factor productivity indicates the contribution of noninputs to the growth of agricultural productivity. In this study, the estimation of total factor productivity of millets in Karnataka and returns to investment in research in Karnataka is attempted. For the study, the time series data on the cost of cultivation was collected from farm management reports, published by Directorate of Agriculture, Government of Karnataka. The Tornqvist Theil index of TFP is used for measuring TFP growth. Regression analysis was employed to identify sources of TFP growth.

The Nigerian economy in the last two decades up until 2013 has been growing at an average of 6% and yet unemployment was equally growing in the region of 20% within the same period. To do a research on drug use results for health insurance subjects at 105 Military Hospital from 2015 to 2017. Research methods: Retrospective study. Results and conclusion: Building unscientific plans, its value in 2017 was 2 times higher than in 2016; there was no continuity and logicality in the preparation of bidding documents for 3 years from 2015 to 2017; bidding organizations can only buy 75 - 88% of the plan; bidding time in 2015 was 74 days, in 2016 it was 130 days and in 2017, it took 185 days. Bidding results in 2015 and 2016 exceeded 50%, in 2017 only about 50%.
