This paper examines the role of bank credit to the private sector and private-sector investment in the transition to a low-carbon economy in Vietnam regarding other macroeconomic factors, such as GDP growth rate and electricity consumption from renewable energy. From 1986 to 2021, chronological classification was used. Through the ARDL regression model, the experimental results show that in the short term, credit to the private sector and private-sector investment initially help the economic transition to be effective.

This paper presents a method to design a time-varying parameter PID controller for Bézier trajectory tracking of a differential-drive mobile robot (DDMR). First, the robot's linear error model is established by linearizing around the desired angular velocity of the nonlinear kinematic error model. Then, the variable parameter PID controller is designed to control the DDMR to follow the Bézier trajectory with minor error under the condition of time-varying velocity.

This paper presents a detailed experimental validation of an orthotropic laminate model to predict the vibroacoustic behavior of flat sandwich-composite plates with foam core. The accuracy of the model is investigated using a thin sandwich plate over a large frequency band. The sound transmission loss (STL) across several clamped sandwich-composite plates with polyurethane foam core is compared for different core density, different core thickness and different skin thickness.

The F2B slab model weakens the oscillations and calculations on F2B model quickly converge. However, the F2B model leads to artificial narrowness of band gap. Besides, when the number of layers increases, surface energy obtained from all three slab models approaches similar values. In particular, values of surface energy from DFT calculations converge to the experimental range for all three slab models.
