The present work was formulated to frame out a strategy for judicious combination of sources of nutrients both organic and inorganic, which will not only augment the efficiency of both the sources but will also minimize the ill effect of over use of chemicals in bell pepper cultivation.

Supply of good quality and adequate quantities of fodder play an important role in improving the health and productivity of animals. Green and dry fodders are cheaper sources than concentrate feed, hence its inclusion would curtail the cost of feed purchase. Unfortunately, in our country there is acute scarcity of green and dry fodder mainly due to very less area available for its cultivation. In future also there are less chances to increase area under forage cultivation because of heavy pressure of burgeoning human and livestock population on meager land.

The objective of study to compare the conception rate in repeat breeder dairy cows after using injection of GnRH (Ovulanta)@ 20 μg intramuscularly on 5th day of artificial insemination (AI). Non-infectious cows were randomly divided into two groups Group I (no treatment) and Group II (GnRH on 5th day of post AI). At the time of AI, mean serum glucose concentration recorded 58 and 61 mg/dl in Group I and II. All the cows were screened for pregnancy diagnosis on day 45.

The hormonal therapies for the treatment of various reproductive disorders are accused to impair some neuro-endocrine and physiological activities. Besides, the residual effects of hormonal therapy in food animals and their products of public health importance seriously demands minimization of our dependence on hormones for therapeutic purposes. High cost, lack of quick assay facilities, non-availability of commercial preparations with ease and need of veterinary supervision are other limitations with use of hormones for animal fertility management/augmentation purposes.

A study aimed at evaluating the economics of cultivation of Kinnow mandarin (Citrus nobilis x Citrus deliciosa) using different integrated nutrient management treatments. Three organic manures (FYM, poultry manure and vermicompost) under three different experiments were used along with inorganic fertilizers and Azotobacter. Total cost of cultivation was maximum ( 98905.00) with the application of cent per cent application of nitrogen as vermicompost augmented with Azotobacter.

Fertility augmentation approaches Fertility is one of the key determinants of the life time reproductive performance of the dairy cattle (Bos taurus and Bos indicus) and riverine buffaloes (Bubalus bubalis) which is reflected by its genotype, physiological condition, nutrition and management. The present study on the integrated nutrient management in aonla involved application of inorganic fertilizers, FYM and Azotobacter under different combinations during 2016 and 2017 on ten year old plant of aonla cv.
