Chemo-radiotherapy with curative intent for anal cancer has high complete remission rates, but acute treatment-related gastrointestinal (GI) toxicity is significant. Toxicity occurs due to irradiation of surrounding normal tissue. Current radiotherapy requires the addition of large planning margins to the radiation field to ensure target coverage regardless of the considerable organ motion in the pelvic region.

This third recorded yellow-flowered species of the genus is characterized by the absence of stolons, glabrous young leaves, smaller leaves with short petioles, compacted inflorescence with short peduncles, rays and pedicels, white upper lobes of corolla with yellow margin and purple lines throughout, undulate disc-lobes and glabrous ovary. The new taxon is described and illustrated with field photographs of detailed botanical characteristics and assessed as CR following the IUCN Redlist Categories. A key to all yellowflowered Billolivia taxa is provided.

Isotopic and thermochronological data were recently obtained from the footwall of the Büyük Menderes detachment ranges from 29.0±1.9 Ma (ZFT) to 1.6±0.2 Ma (Ap U-Th/He), and they can be grouped in three different time intervals. These results are well explained by the Alaşehir type-rolling hinge mechanism, which suggests active rotated initial normal fault during successive normal fault development of the graben formation.

The present study was conducted to know the knowledge of dairy animal owners in animal breeding practices a field survey in Surat district (Mahuva, Mandvi, Umarpada and Mangrol talukas. From each talukas three villages (60 cattle owners) were selected to take the observation related to the study. The present study revealed that majority of dairy farmers were belonged to middle to old age group, educate up to primary and secondary level, marginal to small land holdings, rearing animals up to 10.

This paper presents all the production technology solutions that apply to the marginal heavy oil field offshore Vietnam. One of the major solutions is the electric submersible pump (ESP) and gas-lift (GL) combination method to enhance the wellbore lifting efficiency. In doing so, a series of solutions to improve heavy oil recovery have been conducted from design to pilot test whilst optimising the economic yield over the field life. Sesame is one of the major oilseed crops cultivated in rainfed areas of India, which plays a major role in supplementing the income of small and marginal farmers of Pathankot district of Punjab state. Cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) is a perennial shrub and a tuberous root crop well adapted to poor soils and is relatively tolerant to drought, the crop is usually grown under marginal soil and climatic conditions and often with very limited inputs of fertilizers and pesticides. In India, cassava is cultivated in varied agro climatic and pedogenic environments. In Tamil Nadu, it is cultivated mainly for industrial uses, cassava is grown in black soils (Vertisols) and red soils (Alfisols).
