Field survey

In this paper, we colleted occurrence records of the Nguyen’s Fanged Frog from previous studies and our field surveys, and constructed MaxEnt models to generate a distribution map and help advance understanding and conservation measures for this recently discovered frog species.

A study on Mollusks’ species composition and distribution on dead coral from Quang Ngai to Cat Ba was conducted during the field survey between Vietnam and Russia on the AKADEMIC OPARIN RC vessel in 2021 at 39 reef stations in 14 study areas. By comparative morphology method, the authors have identified 135 taxa of Mollusca belonging to 48 families, 4 classes on coral reefs. The species composition of Mollusca was slightly different between study areas.

The research investigates the demand on education in the field of logistics management among the high school and vocational students at North Eastern of Thailand. The research explores the needs for labor market in logistics between the private enterprises and government agencies. The surveys were conducted among 830 respondents which include students, entrepreneurs, public and private enterprises through in-depth interviews and brainstorming sessions. This paper investigates the influence of education and skill mismatch on job search behaviour and quits intention among workers in the manufacturing sector in Malaysia. Three indicators of mismatch were employed here; over-education, overskilling and job mismatch and they were measured using workers’ own assessment. Using data from own field survey, the 2016 Co-workers’ Externalities at Workplace (TERS-16), it was found that 18%, 45% and 37% of respondents were deemed overeducated, overskilled and being in mismatched jobs, respectively.

This study shows the results of landslide susceptibility mapping for the southwest region of Quang Nam province using the Weights of Evidence (WoE) model. The input data consists of a landslide inventory and ten influencing factors, i.e., geology, distance to fault, elevation, relief amplitude, slope, aspect, rainfall, soil type, land use, and distance to road.
