  • This study aims to examine the relationship between energy consumption, gross domestic product, and population for the 1985-2015 period. The research questions for this study are as follows: (1) what is the association among energy consumption, GDP, population, and oil price? (2) Which suggestions can be provided based on the research findings? Unit root test, cointegration test, VECM model, and Granger causality are employed to analyze the association between the aforementioned variables.

  • The purpose of this research is to explore the association among energy, environment and economic growth in Latin-American countries from 1990- 2014 by using multivariate Structure. This study used number of co-integration techniques to confirm log run relationship among environment, and energy. The study findings also show the effect of the energy on environment in the long run by using FMOLS and DOLS. In addition, this research also employed the causality test to study the causal relation among the variables.

  • The results represented that there is a positive significant relationship between a firm size and a firm age with the level of CSRD. However, there is a negative significant association between financial leverage and profitability with the level of CSRD. Given that CSRD is different among various industries and the type of industry can be an influential factor in CSRD, an industry type’ variable in the fourth hypothesis is of a type of index variable and has eight levels, of which the first level is ranked as the base level.

  • The research study was conducted in Bidar district of Karnataka during 2017-18. The objectives of the study were, finding the extent of technology application gap of improved cultivation practices of production and to find out the relationship between socio-economic variables with the technology application gap. Appropriate research methodology was adopted. Findings indicated 20.20% production technology application gap and 19% partial application was found among the growers.

  • Return migration is the gauge for changing socio-economic and political conditions in rural areas. Return migrated rural youths have involved themselves in agripreneurship development in rural areas. Here, the attitude of youths towards agripreneurship plays a critical role hence the study was taken with 180 return migrated rural youths in three selected states of southern India. The salient findings were the majority of the respondents (52.23%) possessed a moderately favourable attitude.

  • The present study was undertaken to analyze the Job perception and job performance of Panchaya Development officers in Karnataka State during the year 2013-2014. The study area includes Dharwad, Haveri, Bagalkot and Bijapur districts of northern Karnataka. The Ex-post facto’ research design was employed for the study. Further, the PDOs working in Dharwad, Haveri. Bagalkot and Bijapur districts were selected as the population for the study. From each districts 38 PDOs were selected by simple random sampling to form total sample of 152 respondents’.

  • This paper employs the Granger causality test and finds that the linkage between tax revenue and spending is a bi-directional causal correlation. Furthermore, applying Persyn and Westerlund’s (2008) co-integration test allows for corroboration of existence of long-run cointegration linkages among outcome of economy and the three variables.
