In the present scenario of global business competition, web-based technology is of great importance. The study result shows that the relationship between technological capability and manufacturing performance is significant and positive. This study proved there is a connection between the variables. Further investigation is required to understand the impact of technological capability on manufacturing performance and to understand deeper the influences of differences by size of firms and industry characteristics.

This research has analysed the article publications of years’ span period, which was from 2012 to 2018. To compare the research endeavours with the practices, this thesis also scrutinized the sustainable retail practices of top ten retail shop in the world. The findings of this research shows that supply chain collaboration and sustainable practices are correlated to the performance optimization efforts. This study examines 265 Malaysian listed firms for year 2015 (during) and 2016 (after) GST implementation period. The OLS regression results report that there is significant relationship of corporate governance in firm operating performance particularly during and after GST implementation. Board independent, CEO age and family CEO have positively contribute to sales growth during and after GST implementation. For working capital effectiveness during and after GST implementation, the CEO age and family CEO delineate significant positive association with operating performance (current ratio).

This study investigates the impact of the capabilities of supply chain management on the performance of the food industry in Thailand. Data were collected from the mangers of the supply chain of the firm that are listed in the Department of Industrial Work Thailand by distributing the survey through the mail. PLS-SEM has been used to test the links between the variables under study. The results of the multiple regressions revealed that effective SCM capabilities could increase the performance of the firm.

Previous research suggests that the inconsistent results about the relationship between supplier chain integration and performance are due to incomplete and inappropriate conceptualization of supply chain integration dimensions. Therefore, since the resource-based view has been recognized as the most suitable framework to understand these capabilities, we identify and examine routines bundles that make up them.
