This study aims to evaluate perioperative, oncological, and functional outcomes of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy performed for cT1bN0M0 renal cell carcinoma at Binh Dan Hospital. Data were collected on 37 patients who had undergone laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for cT1bN0M0 renal cell carcinoma from January 2021 to September 2023.

In this paper, a multifunctional metamaterial (MM) structure capable of performing as a polarization converter and absorber is proposed. By using DC bias voltage to control the capacitor of the integrated varactor, the near-field coupling in our structure can be manipulated to flexibly switch between polarization conversion (PC) mode and perfect absorption (PA) mode.

Various textbooks on stereotactic neurosurgery have been published during the last few years (Riechert 1980, Schaltenbrand and Walker 1982, Spiegel 1982), all of them dealing with functional stereo tactics as the major subject in the field. Precious Pt metals deposited on reducible CeO2 oxide have been widely used in exhaust gas treatment. However, the high cost of Pt metals is the main barrier that prevents from applying the Pt metals. Therefore, a lot of efforts have been dedicated to reducing the Pt size as small as possible, aiming at maximizing Pt metal utilization efficiency. The smallest ultimate size that Pt metal can be deposited on CeO2 as single atom structures. Furthermore, the supported single Pt atom catalysts enhance catalytic performance and selectivity compared to Pt cluster or Pt particle counterparts.

Creating a marine spatial planning map (MSP) guides the determination of the map's extent and scale, the map, the content of the map, the methods and techniques of mapping, and the sequence of steps performed. The Gulf of Tonkin (region I) is divided into 6 functional zones, including Mong Cai - Do Son one. This study focuses on examining the effect of the π bridge on the properties of the molecule. The structural parameters of the molecular geometry were optimized, the HOMO and LUMO energies were calculated and analyzed in detail. In addition, the absorption wavelength, excitation energy, vibration intensity and electron transfer were calculated through the time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT) method.

In this study, three seagrass species collected in both rainy and dry seasons from the fields were analyzed to determine the total SP contents and different functional groups of SP. Quantification of total SP was done by photometric assays. High-performance anion-exchange chromatography with Pulsed Electrochemical Detection (HPAEC) determined different functional groups of SPs.

More important findings to be reported is that the spillover effects of FDI appear to be quickly assimilated by workers in the Malaysian manufacturing industries through the "learning effect" as opposed to “technology effect” and that the fast pace is biased towards higher labour productivity. Findings from this study can help the FDI attraction policy to be carried out not only to increase Malaysian labour productivity, but most importantly to ensure the function of FDI transfer of knowledge to labour takes place, which must be based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The paper presents the improved function of transforming the assessment criteria values and the formula of value calibration. The advantages of this function are flexibility and taking account the regular tendencies of changes in the criteria values. The level of enterprise performance is determined by an integrated index obtained as partial desirability functions folding by gmean. This generalizing desirability function is sensitive to small transformed criteria values that realizes tough requirements to assessment.

In this research, the problems were divided into three small, medium and large groups, and for each of the solving methods the evaluation criteria was calculated. The results of this comparison indicated that non-dominated optimization algorithm outperforms the exact solving method. Therefore, it was concluded that this algorithm should be used to solve the model of real data.

This study examined students’ calibration of performance in a sport skill in relation to their performance in an executive functions test. A total of 265 students in the fourth, fifth, and sixth grades participated in the study. The students took an executive functions test, and then they were tested on a basketball shooting test, after having provided a personal estimation regarding their performance.
