Although synthetic bone grafts may provide early mechanical support while minimizing the risk of donor-site morbidity and disease transmission, difficult handling properties and less than optimal transformation to bone have limited their use.

Citrus fruits belonging to the family Rutaceae, occupies a place of considerable importance in the fruit crop due to high economic returns. Citrus greening is one of the most severe disease of citrus. Citrus greening disease was presumed to originate in china during the 1890 (Graca 1991). It is evident that the citrus disease has emerged as a potential series threat to citrus production in all the citrus growing districts of Maharashtra. It has been proved that in Maharashtra the greening disease is the major causes a decline in citrus production.

However, the morphology of defects that require a mesh is poorly defined. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a variety of segmental defects on load transmission to the proximal femur under both axial and rotational loads.

This study introduced a method to produce a thermosensitive nanocomposite hydrogel (nCur-PG) containing curcumin nanoparticles (nCur) which can overcome the poor dissolution of curcumin. Regarding to the method, a thermo-reversible pluronic F127-grafted gelatin (PG) play a role as surfactant to disperse and protect nanocurcumin from aggregation. The synthetic PG was identified by 1H-NMR. The obtained results via Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) indicated that the size of nCur was various in the range from 1.5 ± 0.5 to 128 ± 9.
